When will I hear about my paper?
Review notifications are sent by email on the acceptance notification date, which will be announced on the Important dates section and in the WhatsApp group. If nothing arrives after that date, check your spam folder or email info@icsia.in with your Paper ID.
How do I confirm my fee payment?
After paying online or by bank transfer (NEFT, IMPS or SWIFT), email the payment receipt with your Paper ID to info@icsia.in. The organizing committee will verify the payment and confirm your registration.
Can I present online?
Yes. ICSIA 2027 is a hybrid conference. Registered authors from abroad or from distant institutions can present by video conference.
When are certificates and publications released?
Presentation certificates are given after the technical paper sessions. Selected papers then go through the publication process for Google Scholar journals and Scopus-indexed book chapters, subject to peer review, publisher selection and editorial approval.
