Authors are required to submit the camera-ready paper along with the following documents:
Official template
The camera-ready paper must be prepared according to the official ICSIA 2027 Conference Template and submitted in Microsoft Word (.docx) format.
Registration form
A duly completed Conference Registration Form containing the author details, paper information, and registration details must be submitted.
Payment proof
A clear screenshot or scanned copy of the successful registration fee payment made through the available payment methods.
Plagiarism report
A similarity or plagiarism report generated using Turnitin or equivalent plagiarism detection software, if available.
Publication process
After the successful completion of registration and conference presentation, the accepted papers will proceed to the publication process according to the applicable conference publication guidelines.

Quote your Paper ID
Make sure your Paper ID appears in the description, transaction remarks or reference number of every bank transfer, NEFT or IMPS payment.
Indian authors & delegates
- NEFT / IMPS / RTGS: transfer the fee to the account in the Bank account details tab.
- UPI & net banking: pay through supported net banking portals or authorised UPI options.
- Transaction remarks: mention your Paper ID in the remarks. This is mandatory.
- Save the receipt: keep a PDF or screenshot of the payment confirmation to upload.
Foreign authors & delegates
- Online card gateway: pay with an international debit or credit card through the secure gateway.
- SWIFT wire transfer: send an international wire using SWIFT code KVBLINBB.
- Currency: remit the amount in USD as shown in the fee table.
- Proof: keep the SWIFT transfer slip or card acknowledgement for submission.
After payment
After completing the online payment, please send a copy of the payment receipt along with your Paper ID to info@icsia.in. The organizing committee will verify the payment and confirm your registration.
Invitation letter
Authors of accepted papers may request an official Letter of Invitation from the ICSIA 2027 Organizing Committee.
Please email info@icsia.in with the subject line “Invitation Letter Request” and include the following details:
- Name
- Affiliation
- Working email address
- Paper ID
- Paper title
- List of authors
Invoice request
An invoice may be provided to authors upon request. If you require an invoice before making the registration payment, please send an email to info@icsia.in with the subject line “Invoice Request.” The invoice will be provided in PDF format.
Details required for the invoice:
- Paper ID
- Name of the billing author and affiliation
- Billing address (with Tax Number, if applicable)
- Email ID
- Title of the paper
- Registration category (Student / Professional with publication option)
- Invoice amount (Registration fee)
Please provide the above details after receiving the acceptance notification from the ICSIA 2027 Organizing Committee.
Important
Before submitting the final camera-ready paper, at least one author must register for the conference. Students may be required to provide a valid full-time student ID for verification.
Notes & payment receipts
After completing your registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation from the ICSIA 2027 Organizing Committee. Please retain the confirmation and payment receipt for your records.
Participants are responsible for any applicable bank or transaction charges. The registration fee received by the conference organizing committee should match the applicable registration amount.
Refund & cancellation policy
If a cancellation request is submitted in writing to the ICSIA 2027 Conference Secretariat / Organizing Committee on or before the specified cancellation deadline, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded. The corresponding paper will be withdrawn from the conference proceedings or publication process.
No refunds will be granted for cancellation requests received after the specified deadline. Any approved refunds will be processed through the applicable payment method following the conference.
